Emerald software tool is an analytical script helping our partners get insight on web recourse indicators and monetization optimization. If you’re a visitor of the web resource with Emerald implemented, it may, depending on the settings of your browsers or device, collect and process cookies and similar technologies providing information on your interaction with the web resource and its content. In no scenario, Emerald enables us or our respective partner to identify you as a particular person or collect any other data about you. We or our partners also do not make any decisions that might produce legal consequences for you based on data collected via Emerald

All data we process for our partners via Emerald is securely stored on (a) our servers located within EU territory or (b) AWS cloud servers as per applicable agreement ensuring data protection and confidentiality. We guarantee that any data will be processed and stored confidentially and will not be disclosed/transferred unless required by law or implied as per the normal operation of Emerald.

We will retain data until we meet our purposes of the processing, or until you, as a data subject, execute your respective rights in order to stop processing and initiate data deletion.

To manage the data collected processed and collected by Emerald you may:

Use the partners’ (web resource owner) consents forms or manage your data tools, if a partner has one;
Use your browser/device settings to delete or block cookie files;
Contact the web resource owner by the respective details indicated on the web resource with your request;
